Shipping policy

PRODUCT DELIVERY:

WALDRON CRAFTS will send the product(s) purchased through our platform www.waldroncrafts.com through SEND and/or INTERRAPIDISIMO, Delivery times for products are approximately 1 to 3 business days for major cities and up to 3 to 8 business days for other destinations. The delivery period will begin counting from the confirmation of your payment by WALDRON CRAFTS, which may take (1) business day.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Colombian national holidays. For purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays on Mondays, delivery will begin the following business day.

DELIVERY TIMES:

It is important to note that:

- If payment for your purchase is confirmed Monday through Friday before 11:00 a.m., it will be shipped the same day, and delivery time will begin from the moment the invoice is generated.

- If your purchase payment is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, delivery is available the next business day after your payment is confirmed.

-Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you that it has been delivered to the carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping is free nationwide for orders equal to or greater than $200,000 (except for orders exceeding 2 kg gross). For orders under this value, the shipping cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the package. This amount will be calculated during the checkout process and will be notified to you upon order settlement, before you make the payment.
